Cumberland Packing Corp. is seeking an experienced In The Raw Brand Manager to help lead the next stage of growth for our sweetener portfolio. This role is ideal for a dynamic marketing professional who combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and creative instinct with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

The Brand Manager will lead business reviews, analyze performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies. Working closely with Sales, Category Management, and Finance, this person will help shape brand plans, support innovation initiatives, and build strong go-to-market programs across retail, digital, and partnership channels.

Key responsibilities include supporting the annual brand planning process, developing integrated marketing programs, collaborating on pricing and positioning for new product launches, overseeing retail media and in-store marketing initiatives, and evaluating post-launch performance to inform future recommendations.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of CPG brand management experience, a strong analytical background, experience with syndicated data platforms such as Circana/IRI, SPINS, or NielsenIQ, and exceptional PowerPoint and storytelling skills.
